Our Story
ayeQ began as a successful boutique consulting agency that helped both emerging and mature B2B technology companies grow faster. With a strategy to execute against, products packaged in a way prospects want to buy, great lead generation campaigns, metrics-based systems to optimize performance, and process that aligned the whole team, our clients experienced rapid growth – accelerating sales, building brand, gaining market share, and achieving predictable revenue. Throughout our consulting work, ayeQ: The Growth Platform was concepted, built, and proven to give our clients enterprise-level marketing and sales expertise with an engine on which to execute strategy and optimize performance.
Today, ayeQ is a SaaS software company with an AI-enabled RevOps platform that defines a new market space: Strategy Automation. ayeQ brings together decades of successful methodologies and processes into a scalable platform and community that helps B2B enterprises grow faster by optimizing revenue operations. ayeQ aligns leadership, marketing, sales, and operational teams around a deliberate, collaborative growth strategy, translates that strategy into an executable model automatically, directs the activities of growth teams, and measures performance in real time to rapidly optimize resources. ayeQ shows you exactly what your sales and marketing investment is producing, and helps you continuously improve the output.

Leadership Team
We are a team of entrepreneurs, innovators, engineers, marketers, product managers, and sales professionals – all passionate about helping B2B organizations grow faster and smarter using Strategy Automation.
Dana has led B2B marketing and product teams for multiple high-growth technology companies in various industries including business intelligence, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, and non-profit sectors. An engineer by background, Dana’s metrics-oriented growth engine, as well as strategic thought leadership approach, have led to dramatic revenue growth, strategic transactions, and IPOs. Almost a decade ago, Dana created Gen5 as a business accelerator that focuses on engineering a data-driven path to revenue. As the CEO of ayeQ, she brings a unique mix of skills as an innovative, strategic leader, with the analytical approach and tactical execution of an engineer. While Dana has delivered impressive business results for all companies she has served, she holds her ability to build great teams as her most valuable gift.
Dana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and Economics from Dartmouth College, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Thayer School at Dartmouth College, a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins, and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Dana enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and gardening in her free time. That said, she is the mother of 5 boys. She has no free time.
Christoph is a seasoned leader in Revenue Operations with a blend of strategic thought leadership, tactical pragmatism, and focus on customer success. He brings over 25 years of experience in sales and revenue operations within B2B technology companies to his role at ayeQ. With a diverse background that includes operations, sales, services, customer success, consulting, and IT management, Christoph has consistently driven significant revenue growth and operational excellence throughout his career. He is passionate about enabling ayeQ’s customers to achieve their revenue growth targets with ayeQ’s platform and services.
Before starting his professional career, Christoph served as a medic in the United States Air Force, and then earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bamberg in Germany with a focus on Organizational Management & Strategic HR, Logistics & MIS, and European Law. Outside of his professional pursuits, Christoph enjoys socializing with family and friends, playing squash, cooking and grilling, and staying up to date on global economic and political trends. He also has a penchant for dystopian fiction and media.
Kia has mobilized go-to-market strategies and tactical plans for dozens of high-growth B2B technology companies. For nearly 10 years, Kia has managed lead generation and brand awareness campaigns, built marketing and inside sales teams, driven alignment among marketing and sales, and architected systems (CRM, marketing automation) and processes. Her work has resulted in dramatically improved lead flow, decreased cost per lead and opportunity, faster sales growth, and better sales conversion rates. Turning strategy into action is her specialty. As the Chief Customer Officer of ayeQ, Kia is fanatical about working with companies to fully leverage the ayeQ platform, building relationships, and helping team members realize the value of their individual contributions to overall company growth.
Kia graduated summa cum laude with dual degrees in International Business and Marketing from Appalachian State University’s Walker College of Business – as well as a semester abroad at the Kemmy Business School in Limerick, Ireland. Kia also studied at Fudan University in Shanghai, China as a Holland Fellow. Outside the office, Kia enjoys camping and hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, gardening, renovating a 90+ year old farmhouse, seeing live music, and spending time with her husband, son, basset hounds, and chickens. Fortunately, Kia’s laugh can drown out the sound of the roosters when she is working from home.
Kevin is a software architect that has worked to bring quality software, decisions, and processes to every software and stack he is working in. From simple, single-page forms to complex, real-time, international applications, he excels at choosing quality software, frameworks, and infrastructure needed to get the job done correctly while minimizing technical debt and nurturing an environment of rapid delivery. Once the grander decisions are made, Kevin thrives at attacking each problem from every angle, analyzing edge cases, and solving issues before they arise. As the Chief Architect of ayeQ, Kevin is focused on finding unique solutions to delivering the capabilities and information companies need before they know they need it in accessible and intuitive ways all the while being committed to addressing the changing ecosystem that is technology today for the benefit of his clients.
Kevin is a proud Florida Gator having graduated with a degree in Computer Science, a proud husband and father of three wonderful children, and most of all, a proud believer in Jesus Christ as the Savior of this world. He believes that any question can find its answer in the Bible and is constantly amazed at the many parallels between quality software development and Biblical Christian living.
Jenny brings over 20 years of sales and marketing operations experience to ayeQ. As the Chief Operating Officer at ayeQ, she wears multiple hats – from aligning short-term goals with long-term vision, ensuring that all things administrative and operational run like clockwork, and constantly working to make processes and systems more effective and efficient. In addition, she works in close collaboration with the entire ayeQ team to ensure the success of all client deliverables – on time and on budget. Previously, Jenny worked at Siemens where she was responsible for customer and prospect events, sales and marketing operations, and was a project manager for global marketing.
Jenny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a native Charlottean and enjoys giving back to and volunteering in the community. When she’s not keeping the ayeQ team in line, Jenny enjoys spending days on the water and time with her family.
